Storm Warning

An evening talk exploring the dramatic world of wildlife photography in extreme weather conditions. From Icelandic blizzards to North Sea gales, discover how patience and preparation can turn adversity into extraordinary imagery.

Brian shares behind-the-scenes stories from some of the most challenging locations on earth, covering equipment preparation, personal safety, ethical fieldwork, and the surprising number of times things go completely wrong before they go right.

Getting the Shot

An inspirational journey through two decades and 60+ countries of wildlife photography. Covering technique, equipment, fieldcraft, and the ethics of conservation photography.

From puffins underwater to tigers in tall grass, from orangutan rehabilitation centres to Arctic sea ice, Brian takes audiences on an extraordinary visual journey and reveals the stories behind the images.
