After several trips to India working in many parks, I was lucky to spend some quality time in Ranthambore. Over a period of seven days, I got the opportunity to get some of the best tiger shots I have taken to date.
A young female (approx. 22 months old) had recently left her mother and two bothers to make it on her own. We saw her learning to hunt and finally saw her dragging her first kill. We saw her every day before we have to leave. I would love to go back but I doubt that such an exciting experience of seeing the learning process unfold in front of me would ever be replicated.
