In July 2008 edition of Bird Watching magazines Brian featured as the Showcase photographer a new article in the magazine to show wildlife photos (with a bias towards birds) taken by some of the world best photographers. Being only the third photographer chosen was a great honour, other photographers have included Peter Cairns, Markus Varesvuo, David Tipling and Danny Green. The shots chosen were some of Brian’s favourites from the UK and around the world, these included a double page spread of a Black Vulture eating a Caiman through its eye socket taken in Brazil in September 2007.
