Just back from Borneo Brian attended the largest gathering of Wildlife photographer in the UK ever. Brian presented some of his latest work from Borneo and India to the audience that included, Chris Gomersall, Laurie Campbell, Mike Lane, Paul Hobson, Gordon Langsbury and many other influential names in the world of wildlife photography.
The key note speaker was Laurie Campbell (http://www.lauriecampbell.com/) gave a talk entitled taking stock which was a review of how digital has changed photography and maybe what will happen to wildlife photography in the future. He showed some classic images that most knew but were great to see. Laurie lives not far from where Brian grew up in Berwickshire so many of his early images are in the footsteps of the most successful British wildlife photographer.
